The hopper and feed auger are manufactured from electrostatically powder-coated steel, while the separating drum is made of food-grade stainless steel, ensuring excellent hygiene standards and long service life.
The feed auger transports the grapes evenly towards the crushing rollers, while its paddles ensure a continuous and uniform product flow. After crushing, the stainless steel separating drum efficiently separates the berries and juice from the stems, which are automatically discharged on the side opposite the motor, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
The aluminum crushing rollers feature an adjustable gap, allowing the crushing intensity to be precisely adapted to different grape varieties and ripeness levels.
