Motorized grape press with hydraulic system, equipped as standard with the following:

• Assembly consisting of a powder-coated steel pressing base, reinforced legs, and threaded central shaft
• High-strength steel screws
• Basket made of beechwood slats fixed with durable steel bolts and nuts
• Basket divisible into 2 semi-cylinders, equipped with 6 locking systems for easy handling
• Oil-based hydraulic pressing system with pressure gauge, capable of developing pressure up to 400 atm, operated by motor, featuring hydraulic pressing movement (downward) and pneumatic lifting movement (upward), ensuring smooth vertical motion and high pressing force
• Motor operating at 220 V or 380 V, with electric controls and micro-switches
• 2 semi-circular metal pressing plates placed above the pressing mass inside the basket
• 6 parallelepiped-shaped wooden spacers allowing the formation of 3 successive pressing layers during operation

Due to the fact that the wood used for the pressing spacers and basket construction is a living material in continuous evolution, influenced by environmental factors such as humidity, heat, air currents, etc., the manufacturer does not provide warranty coverage for these wooden components, as their behavior under environmental influence cannot be controlled during use.

For the optimal and efficient selection of the appropriate press size according to production volume, and therefore to achieve the best price/size ratio, it should be considered that from a certain quantity of net grapes, after crushing/destemming and collection of the free-run juice (“ravac must”), the remaining crushed grape mass intended for pressing is reduced by approximately half. Example: from 2000 kg of net grapes, after crushing/destemming and juice collection, approximately 1000 kg of crushed grape mass remain for pressing. In this case, the T60 press — with a capacity of 210 kg per pressing cycle — is sufficient, requiring approximately 5 pressing operations.
