The E-LINE monoblocks are reliable systems built from premium-quality materials, available in configurations with 2, 3 or 4 working stations, depending on the user’s requirements. With 8 operating heads, they are the result of extensive experience in the bottling industry.
3D design engineering and the use of advanced CNC machinery allow us to manufacture our bottling lines with outstanding precision, efficiency and operational safety.
All monoblocks are mechanically driven by a single motor, ensuring excellent reliability along with easier operation and maintenance. They are also equipped with a frequency inverter for speed adjustment.
The installed conveyor belts and screw-feed systems are easy to replace, allowing fast adaptation to different bottle formats and sizes.
The rinsing and filling units are available in several configurations and can be combined with different types of capping units for:
- cylindrical corks
- screw caps
- crown caps
- T-shaped / mushroom corks
