The CIAO – XP 6/6/1 – ka606S0 bottle rinsing monoblock is the smallest in the range of automatic filling lines, with a maximum production of 600 liters/hour.
Rinsing device characteristics:
- It works with a single clean water treatment (sterile double water treatment + nitrogen injection is optional, with extra cost).
- It is provided with fixed nozzle for spreading water into the bottle.
Characteristics of the filling device:
- 6 mouth filling device.
- Gravity operation.
- Pneumatic cylinders with air pressure raising and mechanical lowering of the platens through the cam system.
- The cylinder circuit is consumption-free, with air recovery.
