Automatic machine equipped with a number of 6 to 32 clamps, intended for rinsing new bottles with mains water or disinfectant solution. The Technical Rinse is constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel and the parts in contact with the cleaning solution are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. Plastic parts are made exclusively of plastics for use in the food industry. The machine is equipped with sliding transparent polycarbonate protection and equipped with safety microswitches. The electrical system and control panel are fully compliant with EC legislation. To operate automatically, the machine is equipped with a frequency converter (inverter), two photocells arranged on the conveyor belt that detects the flow of bottles, and an electrovalve that cuts off the cleaning fluid supply whenever rinsing is interrupted. The machine is also equipped with an electric lifting system designed to adjust the distance between the clamps and the transition plane, for different bottle heights.
On the rotating platter (carousel), on the spiral and on both stars clutches and microswitches are installed that stop the machine when the bottles fall, get stuck or are larger than those allowed. In addition, the moving mechanical parts are engaged by a system with steel or plastic parts, arranged alternately for the purpose of noise reduction.
