Automatic bottle rinsing machine equipped with 6 to 32 grippers, designed for rinsing new bottles with either water or sanitizing solution.
Technical Rinse is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, while all parts in contact with the rinsing solution are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. Plastic components are made exclusively from food-grade plastic materials.
The machine is fitted with a transparent polycarbonate safety guard with sliding opening and integrated safety microswitches. The electrical system and control panel are fully compliant with CE regulations.
For fully automatic operation, the machine is equipped with:
- Frequency converter (inverter)
- Two photocells installed on the conveyor, detecting bottle flow
- Solenoid valve that stops the cleaning fluid supply whenever the rinsing cycle is interrupted
The machine also includes an electric lifting system for adjusting the distance between the gripping clamps and the transfer plate, allowing operation with bottles of different heights.
On the rotating platform (carousel), the spiral feed, and both star wheels, clutches and microswitches are installed to automatically stop the machine if bottles:
- fall
- become jammed
- exceed the permitted dimensions
In addition, the moving mechanical parts are driven through a system with alternating steel and plastic components, designed to reduce operating noise.
