The grape sorting and inspection conveyor is designed for the manual quality control of grapes before processing, allowing operators to remove damaged or unripe berries and clusters, leaves, and other foreign materials.
Designed for simple and efficient operation, the conveyor is equipped with a variable speed drive, enabling the feeding rate to be adjusted according to the capacity of the processing line and the operators' working pace.
The mobile frame is mounted on wheels and fitted with a food-grade PVC conveyor belt. A rear access door provides quick access for cleaning the lower channel of the conveyor, reducing maintenance time.
The perforated upper surface allows washing water to drain away, preventing liquid from accumulating beneath the conveyor belt. The drainage water is efficiently collected in two dedicated recovery trays.
The sorting process is enhanced by specially designed side separation channels, which direct damaged grapes, leaves and foreign materials toward the outer edges, while healthy grapes are conveyed along the center of the belt to the next stage of processing.
A vibrating version (TSV800) is also available for applications requiring enhanced sorting efficiency.
