The GIOIA 40R–70–70L series is designed for modern wineries seeking efficient and gentle grape processing, with the flexibility to adjust operating parameters according to grape variety, ripeness and production capacity.
Manufactured in Italy by Enomet, all models are built entirely from AISI 304 food-grade stainless steel and feature a professional destemming system with a perforated stainless steel drum and an adjustable paddle shaft, designed to efficiently separate the berries from the stems while minimizing damage to the grapes.
The machines are equipped with an electronic variable speed drive, allowing the destemming process to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the harvested grapes. The crushing unit features adjustable rollers, providing precise control over the crushing intensity and contributing to the production of high-quality must.
The robust construction, protected transmission system and easy access to the internal components simplify cleaning and maintenance operations, while the industrial wheels allow the machine to be easily moved within the winery.
